In Curling I/O

1. if you have a profile in I/O choose "account" and then "profiles"
2. if you haven't created a profile in Curling I/O do so by choosing "login" in and following the instructions; you'll need to be able to access your email at this time
3. ​choose "sparing" on the far right side of the screen
